European Wax Center: 360 relaunch campaign

As the fastest-growing franchise at the time, the brand needed to stand out with confidence and feel unified. I developed the brand’s first tone of voice' with ownable language; created social guidelines with strategists; and helped bring OOH, an e-comm site, a VIP program, brand app, and POS to life.

One key goal was to first create one social hub and boost followers. By creating clear guidelines, developing content strategy and calendars, we took the fanbase from 7,000+ to 250,000+ in just months.
