Pampers Rewards App: U.S. launch and creative revamp
Ranked in the App Store’s top 100 apps, the US version needed the language localized and tone refreshed. Who better to help than an Aussie?
Selected by the lead Pampers agency in Europe, I worked closely with the creative and agile development team on the relaunch of the loyalty program app. I created a new TOV guide for the US market (see a few excerpts below), introduced new best practices, then applied it across the app’s hundreds of UX copy placements.
